A Pensacola, Florida, native, Thomas Henry
practically grew up in the construction
industry. As teenager, he started at the ground
level, working for his oldest brother’s building
firm during the summer and after school. This
hands-on expertise led to jobs with different
area contractors after graduation. As he
progressed, Thomas gained experience in nearly
every facet of construction, from framing and
trim carpentry, to foundations, to project
supervision. After earning his contractor’s
license and building his first home, Thomas
understood his calling. Since 1990, he has led a
firm with one ultimate goal: to build quality
homes that will last, and a quality reputation
