Selling a 102 year old home in the Historic District of Pensacola can be a long process because of the uniqueness of an older home. Due to Gordon & Christine Dey's marketing, our home sold to the perfect buyer. Margo is a very responsive and no hassel realtor. She is easy to work with and tells the truth. She was able to sell our home in a very short period of time after it had sat on the market with another realtor for a year. I can't tell you how much of a relief that was to us. You probably don't know me, but my name is Kip Walker. I recently listed and sold my house with Margo. I had my house listed with another realtor for six months previously without any results. The realtor I had kept making excuses and saying the market was "soft". Well duh...it is. Don't make
excuses and tell me what I want to hear. I gave her a drop dead bottom price I would take for my house and she persisted that it was worth more. Six months later and and $12,000 worth of mortgage payment to a house I wasn't living in and after only showing it 5 times in six months, my wife and I hired Margo. It was more of a gut feeling that we had. She was no nonsense, no excuses and told us what was fact, not what we wanted to hear.
